Important Information About COVID-19 Protocols

Last Update: 3/18/2020

WEIBRECHT & ECKER OPEN FOR BUSINESS USING REMOTE CAPABILITIES.

The health and safety of our staff and clients and business associates is our utmost concern.  For this reason, we are closing our office to the public for all nonessential activities until further notice. While our physical location is closed to the public, please know that we are otherwise fully operational and able to assist new and existing clients through tele/video conferencing and email.

Weibrecht & Ecker has been on the cutting edge of legal information technology for some time.  We are in our fifth year of using a cloud-based network provider whose security is specially tailored for law firms.  We have been 90% paperless for almost as long.  And as a convenience to clients, we have always encouraged email and tele/videoconferencing as a method of providing legal guidance in the least disruptive manner possible for our clients.

The combination of these features will uniquely allow us to continue to serve you while ensuring staff and client health and safety.

For those of you with open court cases, we are monitoring our access to the court system on a daily basis and will notify you immediately of developments that impact upcoming court events.  If you have specific concerns about your case or an upcoming event, please speak with your legal team and we will work with you to achieve the outcome with which you are most comfortable.

Be well and know that our thoughts are with you and your families during this difficult time.
